I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was absolutely breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains surrounding the hotel, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The hotel is situated right on the banks of a river, adding to its charm. The rooms provided a great view of the beautifully landscaped mountains, allowing me to relax and enjoy the natural beauty.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were exceptional.

The hotel had a great view of the mountains which made for a good Instagram picture. the staff were friendly and the welcome drink was refreshing. the location was convenient for walking around the city and it was close to public transport.

There were a few things that I didn't like about the hotel. the room did not have a wardrobe, which made it difficult to keep things organized.

The surroundings of the hotel are truly breathtaking with snow-capped mountains and serene landscapes that give a sense of tranquility. the staff is generally friendly and hospitable, offering a welcome drink upon arrival. the rooms are decent, although some may not have carpets or wardrobes as expected. the mattresses often come with electric heaters which are a plus.

A significant aspect that could use improvement is the heating system. Although some rooms have electric heaters, the hotel as a whole is still upgrading to central heating which is a much-needed addition in cold weather conditions.
